sep/12/11 - to celebrate the release of his "cheese freak" (velveeta pricedown remix) video, BRADY traveled to the planet naugalyne to chat with the one-and-only nauga (the gentle people's trusty mascot)!

aug/17/11 - count backwards from 100. you are getting very sleepy now... don't tell anyone but post-production work continues on "PASTlives," the artist's multimedia and photography project that is simply bursting at the seams with content! BRADY hopes to have this cozy little project all wrapped up by the end of the fall...

and now, on the count of three, you will awaken, remembering nothing that you have heard!

aug/16/11 - we hope you like cheese, or at least things that are cheesey? BRADY has been diligently working on a video for a mash-up remix that he completed that blends together music of the gentle people and "the price is right." The resulting clip for "cheese freak," heavy in advertising and op art graphic design, is set to premiere soon. keep your eyes peeled, and your stomachs empty!

aug/4/11 - it's here! "stars of the desert," the first photography collection by BRADY has been released via blurb.com. the book focuses on a cross-country trip through the north african nation of tunisia, stopping along the way to explore the many film locations used in the "star wars" saga. order your copy today! check the BRADYstore for more information!

may/10/11 - it has much too long since a BRADYupdate... it seems things are just simmering at the bottom of a very large pot of creativity.

for an appetizer, we can reveal that the sixth, and presumably final, photo shoot for the "PASTlives" series is in the pre-production phase. the artist hopes to complete the shoot in arizona in june, with gallery exhibits to follow in the fall.

and yet, there is more to the story than you can even imagine. conceptual drawings are underfoot for a large multimedia project to be released in late 2012. in the meantime, we hope to bring you some hidden artwork in the form of new paintings, photography and an updated website later this year!

oct/13/09 - the gentle people have just released their new ep of groovy tunes called "we love you." BRADY provided the photography and art design. you may want to check out this aural juice box at the itunes store nearest you.

jun/16/09 - is it not true that new paintings are lurking on the VIVABRADY website? it is indeed true. please check out the new NEWworld and FEMMEdemystère galleries to unlock the secrets. it has also become worldwide knowledge just today that the new lounge music collection from the gentle people has been released on itunes. this album, titled "mind over matter" once again features art design by BRADY. please traverse over to your trust itunes application to download your copy of the album and check out that groovy new BRADY-approved track "hawaiian or space."

nov/10/08 - we urge you to suss out the new 7" vinyl single for the gentle people tunes "plastic city"/ "naughty nauga" out on elefant records direct from spain. the 7" features groovy BRADYdesign on the front, back, and interior labels. we have it on good authority that the artist backs the music as well, promising that the listener will both shake their booty and gyrate their arms. you are now welcome to pick up your copy of the disc in the BRADYstore! sep/1/08 - we don't like to ruin surprises, but it may be time to divulge news about an ongoing collaboration with none other than sara marie achilli. BRADY spent this past weekend with miss achilli on the fourth installment in the forthcoming "PASTlives" photo series. there is still much more to come. the next installment shoots in mid-2009 in cambodia.

may/24/08 - the early reports are in. may/19/08 - the american game show classic "the price is right" acted as inspiration for the cover artwork created by BRADY for the new gentle people iTunes ep release "what do you know?" this cool 4-track ep drops tuesday, may 20 worldwide! check out the artwork in the BRADYdesign portal - and the brand new remix by dougee dimensional here. as always, please remember to have your naugas spayed and neutered.

may/12/08 - paintings by BRADY have just been added to the upcoming "dial 'm' for madonna" exhibit opening up later this month at the world of wonder storefront gallery in hollywood. following on the heels of WOW's past successful shows "just britney" and "warhol: dead at 21" (both of which received international press attention), the show is scheduled for friday may 23rd at 8:00 pm. BRADY will unveil a brand new piece this evening - alongside previous works of his which featured in the 2004 pop art books release "madonna in art." the world of wonder gallery is located at 6650 hollywood boulevard (near cherokee) in hollywood. if you cannot make the show, be sure to check back here for all the haughty details.

jul/15/07 - it may be hard to believe but it has been exactly ten years since the release of BRADY's short film "allusions." to celebrate, please visit the spotlight on the film located here. this portal includes not only a link to the popular excerpt from the film as featured on youtube, but also a previously hidden "easter egg" link for behind-the-scenes storyboards and additional on-the-set secrets.

nov/2/06 - all is quiet on the BRADY front these days. the artist is working on a slew of new projects set for release in the spring/ summer of 2007. details are hush-hush - but we can reveal that one is photography-based, while the others are not. vague? you bet.

sep/12/06 - BRADY currenty has 17 paintings displayed at dtut - located in new york's upper east side. a rollicking artist's reception took place recently on september 8th. dtut is located at 1626 second avenue (between 84th and 85th streets). come check out BRADYart in the flesh while you still can!

jul/25/06 - if you are planning on being in the atlanta area on august 16th, be sure to check out the special art for justice madonna art show at bazzaar atlanta. the event, a celebration of the icon's upcoming 48th birthday, will feature pieces by artists near and far. BRADY will be sending two pieces to the four week exhibition, as well as a special new watercolor painting for the evening's silent auction. portions of the night's proceeds go to the carole sund carrington foundation, and the crisis line and safe house for domestic violence in atlanta, georgia. jun/29/06 - it may be hard to believe but an excerpt of BRADY's 1997 short film "allusions" has made it up on the multimedia sharing site youtube. you are welcome to view the exclusive clip here - just make sure to bring your sunlunettes because the contrast and brightness has been regretfully compromised.

sep/8/05 - BRADY has just donated his painting "the octoroon mistress" in conjunction with an ebay auction set to raise money for the american red cross. in response to the tragedy now plaguing new orleans and the surrounding areas devastated by hurricane katrina, BRADY would like to also send his prayers and love to the people of his beloved "crescent city."

bidding on this painting has ended. BRADY wants to congratulate the winning bidder, jeanette bodnar of south carolina, and thank her for her kind generosity.

aug/16/05 - to celebrate the 47th birthday of madonna, a new BRADYspotlight has just been completed. MADONNAinart focuses on the chaucer press/ pop art books release of the same name - which includes six of BRADY's paintings! take a look at press, media, and paparazzi photos surrounding the 2004 release of the gorgeous tome!

aug/15/05 - surprise! BRADY is featured in the next issue of the south african newspaper "free4all!" the article focuses on the artists behind the book "madonna in art," released last year by chaucer press. in the expose, BRADY, and the other artists represented, offer their advice to young teens pursuing art careers in south africa!

may/19/05 - BRADY brings "select works from the first ten years" to the gallery at new york city's SKINnY bar (which just received a very glowing write-up in the "new york sun.") the opening night reception was quite the rabblerouser! twelve of BRADY's paintings will be on display until july 8th.

mar/15/05 - it is true that new BRADY artwork inspired by his "united states of hollywood" series will be featured in the upcoming premiere issue of "flow" magazine. The new version of the glamour/ style/ celebrity periodical launches sometime within this decade. check back later for detalis!

nov/21/04 - "madonna in art" has finally luanched in the united states! to celebrate, the infamous new york city club avalon (formerly the limelight) hosted a release party complete with a slide-show of artwork from the book and a signing event with some of the artists and mem mehmet, the mastermind behind the 192-page collection.
